Zeosell is provided by Zeo Platforms, Inc. The public website introduces commerce intelligence capabilities and offers a way to request information. Descriptions of unreleased or early-access features are not guarantees that a particular provider connection or feature is currently available to you.
These terms concern public-site use. Merchant installations, paid services, and professional engagements require the appropriate separate agreements and authorizations.
02. Illustrative interactive demo
Our public demo uses synthetic examples to show how commerce risk could be detected, prioritized, and verified. Example products, incidents, dollar estimates, results, and interface states are not observations about a real merchant.
Viewing a preview never triggers actual Shopify, Amazon, pricing, inventory, settlement, ad, or billing operations.
03. Early-access inquiries
Submitting a contact or early-access inquiry is a request for discussion—not a merchant account activation, a binding service order, a subscription, or permission to connect a commerce channel. There is no payment step in the public contact form.
Any future access may depend on platform availability, provider approval, identity verification, and a separate agreement. A pricing example on this website is not by itself an approved modification of existing subscription rights.
04. Shopify and Amazon connections
Shopify and Amazon are separate providers. Where authorized integrations are supported, connecting an account requires the applicable account holder's authentication and the relevant permissions, scopes, and provider terms. Zeosell may decline to perform an operation when identity, data quality, consent, or verification is insufficient.
Actual product, inventory, advertisement, pricing, subscription, or account changes require a separately authorized workflow. We do not treat a demo click or contact message as that authorization.
05. Recommendations and verified results
Recommendations, projections, and estimated opportunities depend on their underlying data and assumptions. Estimated opportunity is not earned or recovered profit. Different merchant businesses, marketplaces, costs, and conditions can produce different results.
An independently verified operational correction is not automatically proof of increased revenue, improved margin, or a financial return. We do not guarantee revenue growth, improved conversion, buyability, inventory accuracy, or a particular financial outcome from public-site information.
06. Responsible website use
Please use the website lawfully, avoid attempts to disrupt or bypass security, and do not submit another person's private customer records or any passwords, access tokens, payment details, or malicious material through the public inquiry form.
Zeosell text, visual materials, and branding remain associated with their respective owners. Product names and logos of third-party commerce providers belong to those providers. References to third-party integrations do not imply endorsement or certification beyond any separately established approval.
07. Existing merchant subscriptions and agreements
Nothing on this public website changes an existing Zeosync or Zeosell merchant's effective price, promotions, cancellation status, paid-through entitlement, provider permissions, or signed commercial terms. Any proposed transition requires independent verification and the relevant customer's authorization.
Where a separately agreed customer contract applies, that agreement governs the corresponding paid service rather than this public-site explanation.
08. Availability, updates, and questions
We may update public materials and these terms to reflect actual site capabilities, technical changes, or legal requirements. We aim to describe release-stage restrictions accurately, but public information may be revised as products evolve.
