The contact form cannot install Shopify or Amazon applications, bill you, or authorize product, inventory, ad, or pricing changes. Do not include passwords, API tokens, payment-card details, or other customers' personal records.
01. What this notice covers
Zeosell is a commerce and growth intelligence product of Zeo Platforms, Inc. This notice describes the public pages at zeosell.com, the illustrative demo, and the early-access contact form.
Existing Zeosync accounts, merchant-installed integrations, and third-party platforms may be subject to separate agreements and privacy practices. This notice does not replace those terms.
02. Information we receive
When you send an inquiry, you provide your name, email, inquiry category, subject, message, and optionally business details such as store URL, marketplace, plan, and product volume.
To limit abuse, the contact service uses a keyed one-way digest of the visitor's network address. The inquiry table stores that digest, not the raw address. Hosting and security logs may separately process connection details, including IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps.
Our current public marketing pages do not embed advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics tags. Ordinary browser and infrastructure processing still occurs.
03. How inquiries are used
- To review your request, discuss early access, and respond through an appropriate channel.
- To route and document support interactions.
- To prevent spam, repeated submissions, misuse, and service failures.
- To improve the accuracy of our public product information.
Sending a message does not consent to merchant integrations, customer-data imports, account changes, billing, or marketing campaigns.
04. Retention and security
Each public contact inquiry is assigned an expiration date 90 days after submission. A daily maintenance process removes expired inquiry records and related handling actions. Separate server/security logs and records required for legitimate legal or security purposes may be retained under different schedules.
The public contact API can submit inquiries but cannot read customer messages or perform operator actions. Authorized operators have a separate protected review workflow. The website uses HTTPS.
05. Shopify, Amazon, and merchant accounts
The public demo contains illustrative scenarios, not real merchant data. An early-access inquiry does not initiate Shopify installation, Amazon seller authorization, a subscription, or a provider read.
If merchant-connected functionality becomes available, it requires independently authenticated provider consent and applicable permissions. Existing merchant terms and commercial rights are not altered by using this website.
07. Your choices and privacy requests
You can browse our public website and demo without submitting an inquiry. Optional fields can be left blank. Do not send passwords or customer records.
To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact the Zeosell team using the email address associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify identity and retain limited records where security or law requires it.
08. Updates and contact
We may update this notice when our public-site functionality or data practices change. The effective date identifies this version. For questions, use our contact form or review our public website terms and security principles.
